We loved the beautifully designed hotel with its amazing river view from our room. The industrial look mixed with modern details created a unique and eclectic atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service had great attention to detail. The location was ideal, being within walking distance of many interesting places and next door to the cool docks and beach.

For us, the hotel didn't capture the essence of this city. We expected more of a Shanghai vibe, but instead, it felt more like being in Europe.

It was easy to catch a taxi to the main areas of interest and visit the Bund. the room was beautifully decorated, complete with modern facilities, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. the staff provided excellent and attentive service, and the breakfast was satisfying. it was a fantastic experience, and we loved the view from our room.

The rooms are spacious and functional and offer amenities like a minibar with free non-alcoholic beverages, and branded toiletries. The location is perfect, with easy access to the local beach and restaurants. Plus, the restaurant on site is delicious and well-regarded. During the Christmas season, the ambiance was cozy and festive, with charming decor and a warm welcome from the staff.

The noise from the restaurant and lounges can be a bit much, but it wraps up at a reasonable hour so it didn't ruin our stay. some of the upholstery was a bit grimey and could use some cleaning.
